The Great Orbax is a self proclaimed traveling show of freaks performing lewd and crude acts of self mutilation which often jumps across the border of insanity.  Apparently any time you go to take in a Great Orbax show, it changes according to who joins Orbax on stage.  One night you may get Mr. O and his faithful sidekick Sweet Pepper, another night, you may get those two joined by other assorted freaks and maybe a few burlesque dancers to tease the senses.  Either way, you will always find a smorgasbord of tattoos, piercings, beautifully made up and strangely outfitted people.

Knowing what I know of the Great Orbax and his crew, his act seems to be a little less painful than one might think.  Surely some of the stunts pulled definitely cause some serious fuckin pain, but for the most part I think the act relies on basic principles of physics to cast the illusion of some serious pain where physically it’s not possible.  This is somewhat eluded to by Orbax himself on numerous occasions as he mentions physics and his studies of such academics.  Of course, I could be like the armchair wrestler sitting back accusing Hulk Hogan and the boys of faking most of their rip off sport.  Sure someone COULD turn me into a quadriplegic with a single pile driver, but if it’s executed properly, there’s little pain involved at all.

For $10, you can’t beat the entertainment value of an Orbax show.  That is to say if you’re into something a little different… This show started with Orbax displaying how to insert certain objects up his nose.  First a small nail, then a 5 ¾“ spike.  Oh the innuendos… Then he graduates to the fork up the nose… Albeit the fork is inserted handle first but still… he’s standing there with a fuckin fork sticking out of his face!  These acts seemed a little uncomfortable at most to the Great Orbax but one has to wonder how long it took to work out the nasal cavities to the point where he could do this night after night with relatively no pain involved.

The word painful really starts to become relevant when Orbax’s buddy Sweet Pepper Klopek graced us with his insanity.  He was definitely the masochist of the two entertainers.  Klopek started off by letting people staple cards to his body as he guessed what cards they were.  I dunno which was more impressive, watching the cards being stapled to his chest, face and ass or the act of correctly guessing what cards they were.  I think the most painful thing Klopek displayed was the mousetrap on the tongue.  Nevermind the rat trap on the fingers or the giant mousetrap on the head, that little mouse trap on the licker sent a shiver down my spine that I can still feel any time I think about it.

I’m not going to take you on a verbal display of ever act performed when I have a slew of pics that can throw at you so check these out.  But don’t let the pics and their thousand words a piece stop you from checking out the real show.  You’ll be grossed out, titillated, turned off, turned on and turned inside out with a plethora of acts of insanity.  Just don’t be afraid to take a walk on the wild side.
